So I just finished my first round of the full blown chemo treatment on Monday evening. The dosage went from 160mg to 320mg. It was surprisingly easy, I didn't feel nausea or have any side effects. I haven't lost my taste buds either, which is great. Off now for 25 days.
Logan started school today! He was very excited to get back and see all of his friends. He was up and ready to go by 7am! He's on a mission this year to keep his grades and his conduct up so that he will be able to run for the Student Council next year. Let's start with the positive vibes now, say it with me...2008-2009 Student Body President, Logan Nowlin.

Good morning Billy! No side effects - that's great news! Off for 25 days, is even better!
Matthew and Ashley started school today. We had a smooth morning - we will see how long that lasts!
Tell Logan he has my vote (if I could vote for him, that is)! Ask him for me ... what is the #1 thing he would do to make a difference at his school (being able to listen to your ipod during class doesn't count)!
Can't wait for one of his toasty "mallows"!
Love you all!
Steph
Whew-hew, good news Billy!
I'm so glad the chemo treatment was *seamless* for you this week.
Keep it up! The house is going to be quite soon. Have a FUN time this weekend in Tahoe and next week we'll be getting the camping stuff down, gotta plan those meals (Spaghetti 1st night & Chicken and rice-a-roni the 2nd "usually", right? -haha. Talk to you soon.

Hey Billy-
We are so glad to see that things are going smooth for you. Sounds like you have been doing a lot of fun things...vacations, baseball games, poker.
Summer is over, not sure if I am gald or not. It is so much easier to not make lunches, help with homework, wake them up early, etc.... but the summer means too much together time for them...fights all day long!! That makes for a crazy mom!!
have fun on your next trip!!
XOXOXOX
