Last night was one of Connor's favorite times of the hockey season, the Red Wings were in town to play the Sharks. Back in the day, Connor was not as vocal or showy about his love for the Red Wings. Now he wears his colors proudly, strutting around. He stands and cheers when they score, which last night was often.
The Sharks tied it at 2-2 in the second period, but then it was all downhill for the Sharks. At least one of us came home happy after the game.

Pretty bad game. We actually didn't turn it on until 10:30 after we finished watching We Are Marshall (great movie, by the way) and it was 5-2. We watched the highlights because it was intermission and wrote off the rest of the game. Remember the time we pretended that we passed Connor's Red Wings' jersey all around the arena - I think he must have been about 7 or 8?
red wings WHAT!!!! well it's good to know connor has a mind of his own, he will be a leader not a follower, Im sure the game was still fun even know the bad guys won, glad to hear your must be felling good, keep it up.susie
Hey Connor,
Jim is a total Red Wings fan too. When he became a Sharks fan he was really conflicted everytime they played the Red Wings. The mid-West in him won out though - go Red Wings.
Best, Maida
